Fried Fish with Ginger Soy Bean

Hey people, here's another recipe! I got a request for the khmer style beef jerky, but i can't do that until it gets a bit warmer ya know? but any hows this is also easy. Just deep frying the fish is the hardest.

Ingredients :
  • Fish : any 2 fish, In this case we used 2 flounders but snapper is recommended by my mommy lol
  • Ginger : 1 ginger or how ever much you like more or less
  • Salted Soy Beans : 2 tablespoons worth
  • Garlic : 2 cloves
  • Vinegar : 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar : 2 teaspoon
  • Cooking oil

Instructions :
  • Prepare the fish if you caught it. Scale and gut etc, but we didn't in this case lols...
  • Dice the garlic, chop the ginger to small thin and long pieces.
  • Deep fry the fish. The temperature has to be pretty high so be careful ayy. Fry 'till cook ya know?!
  • Heat a pan with cooking oil in it. Add garlic and fry till it gives off an aroma.
  • Add ginger fry and stir until its a little bit dehydrated.
  • Add the salted soy bean, vinegar, sugar and fry for roughly 2 - 3 minutes and that's done.
  • When the fish is cooked, put it on a plate and add the ginger soy bean fried mix to the top of it.
  • Ready to servvvveeee!

Sorry abot the presentation but it look good right?
